Genevieve Doll found joy in the kitchen at a young age. Her early culinary journey was shaped by parents who love food and own a restaurant, and with the influence of a Greek heritage. Genevieve's passion for food as a means of nourishment as well as enjoyment, led her to Boulder, Colorado to pursue an education as a Natural Chef at Bauman College. Today, Genevieve is the Culinary Administrator for Bauman College, working as an ambassador to the local community teaching how to cook for optimal health using seasonal, organic, unrefined and local foods. Using fresh ingredients and taking care to develop flavor, she creates dishes that are simple yet complex in taste. Beyond the kitchen this winter season, you can find Genevieve coaching ice skating, enjoying the outdoors and hosting friends with her husband Austin.
